ABOUT

Why DecoDune, why now.

The hard problem got skipped.

For the past decade, industrial manipulation has been stuck on the same class of problems: contact-rich tasks, deformable parts, variation that fixed automation can't handle. Meanwhile, capital and attention have chased flashier narratives — general-purpose humanoids, end-to-end robot companies — while the manipulation problem itself remained largely unsolved.

DecoDune starts from a different premise: the highest-leverage asset in robotics right now isn't another arm. It's the intelligence layer that makes the arms manufacturers already own capable of harder work.

We validate on open robotics infrastructure, where iteration is fast and everything is auditable. We deploy on certified industrial hardware, where reliability is proven. This staged, disciplined approach is deliberate — we'd rather earn trust one proven skill at a time than promise a future that isn't here yet.

Principles.

We deploy on what you already own.

No new capital equipment required to start.

We earn trust through pilots, not promises.

Every claim is something you can verify on your own line.

We build on open, auditable foundations.

Nothing about our approach depends on you trusting a black box.

We expand one proven skill at a time.

Compounding capability, not scattered bets.
